This super-light 28 cm wok from the Alu Industry 3 series is easy to handle and clean in a jiffy. The particularly efficient Duraslide® non-stick coating is number one among traditional non-stick coatings. A PTFE coating with three layers, so your cookware stays as good as new for many years. As long as you only use accessories made of silicone or wood. The forged aluminium body is super sturdy and extra thick. Good for years of faithful service on all hobs, including induction. Thanks to the unique Radiant® base, the wok will remain stable, in perfect contact with the hob. Ideal for using as a wok, but also for steaming and stewing. The stainless steel handle is firmly attached and feels comfortable in the hand. Would you like to flambé? Then you need a wok pan without a non-stick coating too.
