The extremely tough KERAVIS non-stick coating is free of PFOA, heavy metals, and nickel, resulting in safer, healthier food for you and your family. The five layer ceramic reinforced coating with mineral particles is even tough enough for use with metal utensils. Thermopoint technology on the ergonomic plastic handle turns red when the pan is ready for use, then back to green when it is safe to handle again. Dishwasher safe.
