The BALLARINI Murano serving pan with glass lid not only offers meraviglioso qualities in the kitchen, its elegant design by Milan-based Studio Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez also fabulously presents food on the table. The 5-ply GRANITIUM Extreme non-stick coating bids arrivederci to scratching and annoying burns. We recommend gently cleaning the pan by hand, but the cookware is also dishwasher-safe. Thanks to its solid aluminium design and radiant induction technology, heat is distributed evenly and quickly and the serving pan is suitable for use on induction hobs. The two soft-touch handles on either side of the pan also allow you to serve your culinary creations directly from the hob to the table. However, please use a mat while the base is still hot! Despite its compact 24 cm diameter, its high rim provides ample space for vegetables, meat, fish or pasta. The premium glass lid ensures that you always have an eye on your creations.
