Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best grater ever Just used this for the first time to grate cheese and zesting lemons. Did a great job! It is really sharp and loved being able to grate up and down. Just have to remember that Z-Cut blades are very sharp on both sides. The external sheath is a wonderful addition. Will prevent accidental wounds and protect the grater from accidental damage. No bent sides! The only thing I don't care for is the raised circular cup in the center of the internal food storage box. It can catch whatever is being grated but it can be difficult to extract some things that are being grated. Something I need to get used to. Best grater ever!

Which makes grating cheese and other foods time consuming. This box grater has blades that grate the food going up and going down cutting your time in half. This not only saves time but it also grates evenly. This grater is super easy to clean, very sharp and makes butternut squash feel like you are grating butter.

I'm a big fan of Zwilling cutlery, so it was really a no brainer. Was able to grate all 10 pounds in less than five minutes! The grating was effortless because of the z design which allows grating when using both up and down movements...No cut knuckles, and perfect grates. Easy clean up too!

I have never liked box graters but when Zwilling came out with one I thought I'd give it a try. Its better than I expected and cuts as easy going up as down, doesnt slip whe using and the & the removable storage box adds additional stability. Reallt appreciate the protection co er to protect the blades, and my fingers!
