Rated 4 out of 5 by from Curious to look at, easy to use The shape of this blade combined with the shape of the handle makes for an unusual image, but this is actually very comfortable and easy to cut with because of the shape. Holding this curved handle puts the blade in a great position to peel and core fruits. The Signature line of stamped knives is made Germany from one of Zwilling's top quality steels. These knives are made with German craftsmanship and precision. Lighter than forged knives, this line is very popular. The sculpted handles fold into the palm of most people’s hands comfortably. The steel is strong, stable and holds an edge well. They can be and should be sharpened regularly. I recommend hand washing so they always look like new; but they are dishwasher safe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well Crafted This Knife is well balanced and sturdy. It's design is not just cosmetically appealing but also very sturdy. The blade metal extends the entire length of the knife allowing for more pressure to be applied than other knives. That makes it great even for slicing large cheese blocks. I have broken many cheap brands of knives before in that manner. This knife will not break under those conditions.

Had to replace my original one since the handle finally cracked with over 10+ years of use. Recommend for anyone looking for an everyday longer paring knife. I have smaller paring knives from other brands but this is my go to. Thinking o should have bought a second one for my sister in law since it was on sale.

This handy light weight paring knife is in the front corner of my block and I reach for it multiple times per day for a variety of little cutting tasks. It is just the right size and very sharp from tip to just in front of the handle so it has a great cutting edge. I keep it sharp with a few strokes on my honing steel and I've never needed to sharpen it yet!
