It is also perfect for removing parts of fruit and vegetables that have gone bad. The 8 cm knife also has a FRIODUR® blade that has undergone a special ice hardening process. This is my go-to veggie paring knife that I use a few times a day. I use it for apples, pears, carrots, kiwi, cutting blemishes, and slicing smaller fruits and vegetables in my hand, along with garlic and ginger. also great for taking on picnics, camping, concerts and BBQs. Get a few in different colors for all the places you will need it.

Get red-y to order quite a few of these little veggie knives because they are awesome! The handle is really comfortable for use for any length of time and the sharp blade easily cuts through small ingredients. At this low price, it's worth getting a few for you and your friends!

This product is worthy. I bought one a few years ago and it cut so well that my wife, mother and mother inlaw eyed it that I had to get them their own. As for the knife itself, after some intensive use, I need to strop or hone it and it's back to it's super sharpness. The metal is of high grade and the design is ergonomic!

Will be around for years!
I bought this knife at the same time that I ordered a new chef’s knife from another brand. I was impressed to find that taking the vegetable knife out of the box that it weighed nearly the same as the chef’s knife! It has great weight to it, fits in my hand well, and is small but mighty against produce. Would recommend :)

My color!
This is the workhorse in the kitchen, it is for cutting, slicing and peeling small food such as fruits, potato, garlic, and etc. It is a very sharp and light knife, easy care. This paring knife is an outdoor and indoor knife. Oh! I love everything about yellow.

Fun colors, super sharp knife. Great for slicing and mincing small vegetables and fruits. the contour handle is comfortable and solid. Great knife to add to your cheese platter . Will easily slice hard cheeses and meats.
Try it for lemons and limes!

Good little knife that lasts
Don't let this knife fool you! It will cut! And it lasts. I've had one for years. Never sharpen it. We use it frequently both on the house and when we go on picnics and camping. Out little Grip knives have some miles on them. Great value.

Nice vegetable knife
This is a convenient knife to have for peeling fruits, veggies and with it being ice hardened, it will stay nice and sharp. The pop of yellow is great too, especially if you store this knife in a drawer, it will be easy to find.
