Rated 5 out of 5 by from Such a cool block! This is a really beautiful and unique magnetic block. Very modern and really stands out from traditional block sets. I like how you can still see the blades, but the knives are stored safely and securely. A great statement piece for storing your Zwilling or Miyabi knives. The beechwood color is a nice wood tone, neutral and works with any kitchen aesthetic.

The light color fits in with my decor. The magnets are strong and secure. The angle holds my knives in a way that they are easy to remove.

How long is the wood for each of the five layers? Will a 10" chef knife fit on the top level without the blade sticking out? And at what levels will a 7" santoku fit?

The dimensions are 13 1/4 x 5 1/8 x 8 1/8". The longest slots fit blades up to 8" long. A 10" blade will connect, but some of the blade may be exposed.
