Doesn't last
For the expensive price-tag, we thought we were getting what we paid for. Sadly like many others after a little while foods started sticking. The dark spots left in the pan seen in other photos started first. We didn't think too much of this and accepted that. The last straw; yesterday we cooked egg whites using coconut oil like we've done so many times prior. The egg white stuck to the pan and even after soaking over night would not come off. We resorted to heating water for a period of time to see if that would release the egg white from the surface. It helped some but we were unable to get all the egg off.

Coating Scatches too easily
I bought this set for my daughter to be her first real cookware set. We had bought a small skillet with a lid previously and liked it. The large skillet in the set at first was great! Only been used gently 3 times before I noticed little scratches. With time it has only gotten worse. We started to use them in March and it is only July. This is not going to last well at all!

Terrible cooking surface
I have had this cookware less than a year - the surface started out great! No problems cooking eggs and other things, slides right off. Well, the honeymoon period has worn off and now, even using butter or olive oil - EVERYTHING STICKS! Cannot recommend this cookware!

DO NOT BUY THESE PANS
We received this full set for our wedding, and after 6 months the pans are going to the trash. Everything sticks to them, they never come clean and the interior scratches so easily ( i only use plastic and silicone utensils)
Save yourself the hassle (and heartbreak) these are terrible quality.

So Much for "Non-stick"
As my husband and I prepared to move into our new home earlier this year, we began the search for a quality cookware set. We came across this set and loved it - we also believed it was a brand we could trust, which made the purchase that much easier. Unfortunately, as much as I do believe Zwilling intends to manufactures products "that put the pleasure in cooking and entertaining" - this is NOT one of them.
As soon as we started using the cookware (Gas stove - low to medium heat), they started to stick, so much for "Non-stick". I have not yet found a way to fry/scramble eggs without loosing half of them to the pan.
I am thoroughly disappointed with our purchase of this set, and would not recommend them to anyone. We were looking for a good quality cookware set, and were willing to pay the price for it - this just wasn't it.

Poor quality.
These have a much shorter lifespan than I would have liked. They were great for a year and then started peeling. I was told that I would have lifetime warranty on them and they have since changed it to a two year warranty.

We’ve used our cookware for about two years! My main concern is that the “coating” is peeling off around the edges. Is this safe? Normal? Almost every pan and skillet is peeling!
Thank you for your feedback. Without actually seeing the pans and knowing how they were used, we can't determine why they are peeling. However, you can click on the below link to learn more warranty process and how to go about returning the pans for review.

On the bottom of the pan, does it say "Gas Ceran Halogen Electro Induction 18/10 Stainless Steel 3-Ply Material Made in China" I'm making sure I am buying the ones I want.
While each piece may not specifically have that text on the bottom, this set is safe for all cooktops, has an 18/10 stainless steel exterior, and is manufactured in China.

I purchased the Zwilling Spirit 3-ply 10 -pc Stainless Steel Ceramic nonstick cookware set, today, 02/08/18 at Macy's for 399.99 The reviews are not so favorable. I wonder if they could order the Stainless only and exchange them for me. Thank you.
Probably have to do this yourself

Do you need to use plastic or wood cooking spoons and spatulas or can you use metal utensils. Are they dishwasher safe.
Metal utensils can scratch and damage the non-stick surface, plastic, nylon, silicone, or wood is definitely recommended. These are dishwasher safe, though hand washing is always recommended.

J.A. Henckels Stainless Steel Ceramic nonstick cookware says to use only medium or lower heat. We live at high altitude and it takes a long time to boil water or heat a pan using only medium heat. We have a glass top stove. We don't want to damage pans.
Boiling water should not be an issue, the water itself will defuse some of the heat and the temperature of the pan won't exceed the temperature of the boiling water by much. The issue is that the ceramic coating is sensitive to high heat. The non-stick properties lessen with high heat and exposure to high heat can degrade the non-stick properties permanently. For example, very high temperature searing or sauteing, or heating up a pan excessively without anything in it will degrade the non-stick rather quickly.
