Glass cracked
It was nice to have them. Latte macchiato is so beautiful looks inside this mug. But recently I made cappuccino and glass and broken. I don’t know if there is any warranty or replacement?

Broken Glass
We recently bought 8 of these price, but lovely mugs for our office. We love the look of them for our espresso drinks but recently had one crack in the dishwasher. We are nervous about the rest of them as we have only had them 3-4 weeks.

Excellent mugs!
These are excellent mugs that retain heat for hot drinks much longer than an average mug. My coffee stayed warm for around 30 minutes. I also love the classy glass appearance! Will definitely be purchasing more of these for family and friends!

Works well, looks great!
I waited for a couple years to acquire a set of Sorrento Plus 12 ounce mugs, and now wish I had bought them sooner. They are the perfect size for a Nespresso Lungo latte. They fit well in our Latissima Plus machine. Best of all, they keep our drinks warm for a long time, and can be washed either by hand or in the dish washer. These mugs can also be put in a microwave oven. If you like your coffee really hot, I recommend putting hot water in them before filling with your desired drink.

I Had a mug also crack in the top rack of dishwasher. Purchased 12/18. Is there any warranty.
