Always happy with Henckels.
Top notch steel, handle, fit and finish.
Very happy with purchase. Two home cooks in the house and we’re happy to have it.
Maybe if I had to do it again I might have spent $10 more for the four star.

I have an 18pc Pro S series knife block and need a cleaver. Will this Cleaver fit in the block or is there another one that was made for that series?
We do not have a cleaver specific to the Professional "S" line, but most of our knife blocks cannot accomodate cleavers.

this knife can cleaver big pork and chicken bone?
This cleaver can cut through chicken and other poultry bones, though it is not recommended for thicker bones like pork, beef, or lamb.
