A great nonstick stainless steel roaster
This is a great roasting pan. Thanks to the ceramic nonstick, it makes for an easy clean up after roasting your turkey for hours. The stainless steel is fully clad, helping really heat up whatever you are roasting, veggies, potatoes, turkey, and gravy. With the nonstick being toxic free, it’s a great piece to have in your kitchen, where you can cook with a product knowing it is not harmful. I like that it’s a polished stainless steel look and not mirrored, it looks more premium and a better quality piece, not as prone to showing scratches over time. I like the functionality of this roaster with ceramic nonstick, it’s combining the best of both stainless and nonstick cookware: durability, heat retention, healthy cooking and easy cleaning.

Great Quality
I used cheap aluminum roasting pans for years until I broke down and bought this. I wish I had done it years ago. It has such a great weight, heats quickly and very evenly. The handles are wide which make it especially nice when you're pulling a 20lb turkey from the oven. The rack is very durable and is perfect for a turkey or ham.
It's not just for turkey! It's the perfect family-size lasagna or buffet casserole pan. It browns beautifully and the non stick coating makes clean up a breeze.

The Perfect Stainless Steel Roasting Pan
This roomy stainless steel roasting pan is three ply for a sturdy, strong feel and even heating performance. Nonstick Roaster
The three-ply construction of this polished stainless steel roaster offers even heat distribution and good heat retention from rim to rim, with the added benefit of a CeraForce ceramic nonstick coating. Great solid roaster....easy to clean
This is a very well thought out and constructed roasting pan. The tri-ply construction heats quickly and evenly. Its great to heat on any stovetop, even induction, to get a good sear before putting in the oven. The rack is nice and wide for any thing to fit in it. The handles on the pan are sturdy for when lifting it in and out of the oven. The ceramic nonstick coating gives good browning and is easy to clean.

The roaster has a non stick coating that is PFOA / PTFE free so no chemicals used to make the pan. The size is perfect, you can use without the rack for extra big turkeys. We love gravy and its easy to make with the drippings in the pan. Clean up is a breeze. It is dishwasher safe but we always hand wash - the ceramic nonstick properties will last longer.

This Roasting Pan has the perfect components for making a roast or turkey. Love that it comes with a lift out rack and keeps the drippings in the bottom of the pan to make a delicious home made gravy. It's 3ply stainless stell and non-stick so cooks evenly in oven and cleans so easily by just soaking in sink with some detergent. PTFE/PFOA Free...Perfect!

Will this work with induction. Usually I make a gravy in the roasting pan after cooking the roast or turkey
Yes! All of our stainless steel cookware contains an outer layer constructed of magnetic 18/10 stainless steel. This roasting pan uses the same 3-ply, fully clad construction as our Spirit series.

Can I use metal cutting utensils with this pan (cutting lasagne with a knife, for instance)?
No! Just like other non-stick surfaces, using metal utensils with our ceramic coated non-stick pans may scratch or damaged the surface. (Using a knife in a pan can damage the knife, as well.)
