This 2.75-inch bird’s beak knife features a pointed tip that curves downward for peeling fruit and vegetables and removing blemishes.

Combined with ZWILLING’s signature ice-hardening technique, these FRIODUR blades are harder, sharper, they will not stain or chip, and they retain their sharpness longer. Best knives I have ever owned!!
I first experienced Zwilling knives when I was still active military and in Germany. We found one knife we liked, found another and kept own till now we have probably the best set of knives we will ever own. They are always fantastic. Unfortunately we lost our little birds beak peeling knife and couldn't do without it. So, now we have a new one. "Gracie Mille!!"

Birds beak peeler
I love the feel of the four star knives. This is the latest addition to my collection that dates back over 40 years. The way this knife works with fruit; particularly with strawberries and apples makes it perfect for the job.
