Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Non-stick Cookware I have had the best results with this cookware. Following manufacturer's direction, I gradually warm the pans up before adding whatever food I am cooking. Also, I don't use a high heat with these pans, because it can destroy the non stick properties of the ceramic. . The saucepans and Dutch Oven have pouring spouts and strainer lids, which makes preparing pasta, potatoes and other foods so much easier. These pans works on any cooktop surface, including induction. I looked quite awhile before finding non-stick cookware that was induction friendly. Ceramic coated cookware is completely safe to cook in, and does a much better job browning, searing and sauteing foods than traditional hard anodized cookware. Highly recommend this cookware to anyone looking for non-stick pieces.

The small things like the built in strainer makes the experience better. As the cook in the house I can say that there pots and pans are well with the money. I was worried about the change in non stick surface but it’s great and great for the environment. Definitely and all around won’ win

After research I knew swilling was my “ JAM” looks very classy sturdy and most of all after the first use I was amazed with how the non stick worked so well. Easy clean up and this set had everything I needed to start . Now I can’t wait to add to my set with other amazing products .

I cannot wait to purchase more from this line. The pour spouts are also such a nice addition that you dint think about until you don't have them. Highly recommend.

Low to medium heat is all that is needed and these do the rest, would definitely recommend for anybody looking to upgrade their cookware.
