High quality nice pan.
Very nice nonstick pan. Customer service was very helpful too in looking for inventory on the 8 in. version. This pan is solid and heavier than teflon pans. Heats very evenly, requires little oil and LOWER heat. This is important to understand as the ceramic coating conducts heat much more efficiently then teflon. I think the handle could be a little longer and more comfortable as the pan is heavy. Everything so far has slid right out of pan. No sticks. I like to think the ceramic surface will last a long time as CFX is suppose to be an improved version. The price was reasonable... $69.00 I thought about giving it a 5 but it's not perfect yet!

The best non-stick cookware at a Great Price. Finally. Really good, long lasting and affordable non-stick cookware. This CFX line is a great surprise. It doesn't stick and it cooks like high quality 3-ply stainless steel cookware - browning, caramelizing, taking higher heat and holding steady at lower heat. Plus it is ceramic non-stick, considered ‘green’ and 'all natural', and created to last - years not months. The 3-ply construction makes the CFX comparable to higher quality pots and pans. This is the line to embrace for healthy low fat cooking and for easy convenient clean-up. Whichever is your priority, you will love this set. I loved testing it.

Nice large nonstick stainless steel fry pan
This is a great fry pan. An upgraded version of the Spirit collection, the Zwilling Clad CFX has a much more durable ceramic nonstick that will last much longer and is more durable. I use this a lot for skillet dinner recipes, sauteing, pan-searing foods. The tri-ply construction of this fry pan is really well made, it’s not going to be prone to warping or having hot spots in the pan. It heats up really well and retains the heat. I like the functionality of the Clad CFX, it’s combining the best of both stainless and nonstick cookware: durability, heat retention, healthy cooking and easy cleaning.

Great Non-stick (except for pot stickers!)
We bought the 10" and 12" skillets and the 5 qt saute pan and really love they way they cook on our induction cook top. But we have had problems with Ling Ling pot stickers - they stick! We found that the solution was to 're-new' the CFX cooking surface - we use a bit of Cerama Brite (the cleaner that came with the cook top) which contains feldspar (a mineral with a hardness of 6) which won't scratch the ceramic (hardness of 7) but will remove the microscopic layer of organic stuff that builds up on the pan surface. We then wash off the cleaner with dish soap and the pan surface looks just like new - and the pot stickers didn't stick! Nor do eggs or anything else. So, if you are losing the non-stick quality of these great pans, give Cerama Brite a try. You'll be pleased with the result.

This is the line to embrace for healthy low fat cooking and for easy convenient clean-up. Whichever is your priority, you will love this skillet. I loved testing it. Great for frying an egg, pan searing fish, caramelizing onions. Made hamburgers and hot dogs like a stainless steel skillet. Super easy clean up. Residual food wiped out easily.

Greenest, Healthiest Cookware
Clad CFX is one of the best non-stick cookware on the market. Ceramic non-stick coating is the greenest and healthiest option, but not all are created equal. CFX is the next generation influenced by the best German engineering and technology, providing amazing non-stick properties that can tolerate high heat and the dishwasher. It's also extremely durable and more tolerant of light use of metal utensils. But it's not just about the coating, this pan has a three ply construction with an aluminum core which is one of the best heat conductors. Food will not only heat up quickly but evenly as well...no hot spots. The handle has a V-shaped design to help disperse heat, keeping it cool for long cooking times. And it's induction compatible!

Greenest and Healthiest Cookware
This 12" fry pan checks off all of the boxes. It is constructed from a thick aluminum that heats up quickly and evenly. The non stick coating is the next generation of ceramic coatings, much more tolerant of high heat and the dishwasher. It is the greenest and healthiest non stick cookware available as well as being very durable. The handle is solid construction, comfortable to hold and has a v-shaped connection to the pan which helps disperse heat. And it's induction compatible!

I LOVE this new ceramic nonstick from Zwilling! I have never cooked with a better pan than this Clad CFX one. For me, it is the perfect weight though for others, the stainless steel construction may make it a little heavy. But what truly matters is the interior nonstick surface that has changed the way I cook for the better. No more fussing to get eggs off in the sink, or blueberry/chocolate stains from pancakes. Everything glides right off of this super durable nonstick surface and therefore makes clean up easier than ever before.

Unfortunately, we do not sell lids separately for this product. You might try a generic lid as the pan is a standard size.
