Not Non stick for long
I purchase two of these pans for my new house. I have used them both no more than 15 times each. I used them on a new induction hob. I did not overheat them. Now neither of them are non stick. In fact they seem to act like there’s glue on them. I have not abused them. I am very disappointed. I had two Analon pans prior to these, never a problem.
These pans are of a very poor quality. I would not be inclined to purchase them again. I have several other Zwilling products in my home which function very well and I am very fond of. I was surprised at the poor quality of these.

Doesn't fully meet up with the Zwilling standard
I love this pan, its beautiful and I've started to use it for nearly everything that I don't need a larger pot or wok for. My biggest issue with this and something that I can definitely see become a major issue is that the coating doesn't seem to hold up very well. I've been using it daily for about a week or two now and just yesterday I noticed a small mark begin to form on the surface of the pan which looks as if some of the coating has been scraped off. I only own silicone tools and allow the pan to cool fully to room temperature before washing, so I had thought that this was just a tiny speck of burnt food, however the spot maintained after an intense cleaning session. Honestly a little dismayed, saw some other reviews mentioning the lack of durability on the coating but was hoping that those were just defects and that the beautiful coating would last a lot longer. Honestly it doesn't affect cooking much - however I expect that the nonstick coating will eventually fail at some point as the white ceramic begins to come off.
Still love this pan so much due to how good it looks - but my fears about durability force me to put some wary caution towards whoever wants to pick this up.

PFOA & PTFE Fry Pan!
These fry pans feature the white CeraForce Ultra ceramic nonstick coating, incredible release food. Excellent for frying eggs, fish, pancake, omelette, browning meat, and sauteing. This is a easy cleanup nonstick pan, so cleaning is a breeze. This beautiful Carrara Plus ceramic nonstick fry pan construction is sturdy provides even heat distribution and ultra-durable, a PFOA and PTFE-free coating so no harmful chemical in your food and excellent for browning food. The uncoated aluminum rim is extremely sturdy - protecting against the chips that can occur when utensils hit against the pan while cooking. Preferably I liked handwashing my pots and pans however this is a dishwasher safe pan. An Induction compatible and oven safe up to 300 F. Made in Italy - created by award-winning Italian designers.

This set has the top three fry pans you need in a kitchen. They are made from cold forged aluminum which has amazing heat conductivity. The pans heats up rapidly, evenly and efficiently. The CeraForce ceramic nonstick coating releases food for easy clean up. The coating is PFOA and PTFE free so no harmful chemicals are used when it it made. The universal lid fits all of the pans, nice space saving feature.

This is my go to fry pan for family breakfast. It is made from thick cold-forged aluminum which is an amazing heat conductor. The pan heats up quickly, evenly, sears and browns beautifully. The durable Ceraforce ceramic nonstick coating is made completely chemical free, good for you and the environment. Nothing sticks to this pan making clean up a breeze. It is oven safe up to 300F, a nice bonus.

Great Set - Why Not Have It All
The 5th star is for the value. This is the best value in the Carrara line. It comes with 3 great skillets and a beautiful universal lid. The striking white interiors aren't just for looks. That is an all natural 'green' ceramic non-stick coating. It i s durable and release foods quickly, Each skillet has a forged (one piece) thick aluminum body for good heat management. And the bright stainless steel universal lid is designed to fit these skillets as well as most pots and pans in your kitchen. (You will find many uses for it!)

This ceramic over aluminum fry pan set has a universal lid that fits all three sizes and more. The lid is designed offset so it doesn't interfere with the cookware handles. Aluminum is quick to heat up and cool down. The ceramic coating is chemical free.

I absolutely love the Italian made Carrara fry pans. This chemical free ceraforce ultra nonstick is amazing and really releases the food so well, and it’s clean and healthy which is great considering it’s a nonstick. It can get a nice sear on meat which is not always something you can get with nonsticks. The pans have a great weight to them, and I love that the pans don't have rivets. I love the size of the 11”, it’s great to have room in the pan for big meal recipes so everything can cook evenly.
