Great saute pan - perfect for sauteing, braising, pan & deep frying. Its is fabricated with a 5-Ply construction including an aluminum layer which has phenomenal heat conduction and retention. The saute pan has flatbase technology so pan won't ever warp when heated, even at high heats. It has a pouring edge for no-mess cooking. I love the extra handle, especially helpful when pan is full. It can be used on all cooking surfaces including induction, oven and broiler safe up to 500F. And if it couldn't get any better it is also dishwasher safe.

Impossible to clean
We have the entire set and it is very difficult to clean. If I wanted a goodwill looking set of cookware I would have gone to goodwill and bought a set of cookware and spent $5.00 pots and pans.
Of course I can spend 30 minutes cleaning each pan but I have better things to do with my time.

Nice saute pan. Great for browning, searing, and sauteing. The 5 layers heat up evenly. The handle stays cool and is comfortable. The extra handle helps distribute the weight. Cleans up easily. Good investment.

Perfect saute pan for my family!
This is an excellent stainless steel Industry pan, a built to last a lifetime, simple but terribly great!!! A stainless steel cookware is a lifetime investment, you do not worry about coating being damaged. This stainless steel may work like a non-stick, food should not stick with proper use. This stainless steel pots and pans deserved patience for better cooking. It is best to let the pan heated first before adding cooking oil or fat and then add food. This saute pan is excellent in browning, searing, and sauteing. A quick note, spray butter burns fast, by keeping a low medium heat may help this pan for better cooking and exceeds your expectations. Its 5-layer construction provides unparalleled frying, a perfect braiser, guarantees exceptional heat distribution and retention. The aluminum core heat is spread evenly over the entire surface of the pan. Its proprietary technology ensures the base stays flat even when heated and will not warp. This pan is oven safe up to 500F. It certainly is dishwasher safe, handwashing cookware is advisable. There are stainless steel cleaning products available in the market such as Bar Keeper's Friend stainless steel cream cleanser and a variety of options to keep your cookware in good condition and cleans well.

Hello - I used a Zwilling Aurora pot similar to this one recently that had loop handles on both sides (no stem handles). Do you sell this product in that configuration? Would this have been an older and discontinued model? Thank you

Difference between Aurora and Sensation saute pans and dimensions of the 3qt pans
I emailed them to ask this question so maybe I can answer you as it doesn't seem like they answer their own questions frequently on this site. The Sensation is rivetless, has the textured handles, and is treated with their silvinox coating for what it is worth. Apart from that - they are the same.
