Nice size vessel for gratins, pasta dishes and desserts. Staub cast iron is surrounded by 3 layers on enamel on the interior and 3 layers of a beautiful glaze on the exterior. No need to season these pots and they can even go in the dishwasher if necessary. Interior is slightly textured for a perfect brown or sear and easy release. The lids have continuous basting beads for a consistently moist environment during cooking. No wonder restaurants prefer to cook in Staub. This pot will not disappoint.

This pan is so versatile. Its black matte finish on the inside of the pan allows for better browning, braising, and roasting. The heat capability is amazing, and it will stay hot for hours. Safe for use on all types of heat sources, including gas, electric, and induction, and oven safe up to 500F. Chip resistant and dishwasher safe. It is one of my favorite pans to cook prime rib in.

This is the perfect serving dish for casseroles, gratins, and ratatouille recipes. With it being cast iron, the gratin does a great job heating up easily and evenly; it’s also versatile in that it can go from oven to table to fridge. A great dish to have for serving great meals. Also a great color, goes with any kitchen aesthetic.

Cast Iron Covered Casserole
This covered cast iron baking dish is great foo gratins, casseroles, and even desserts. Black matte enameled interior allows perfect browning and braising. Continuous self-basting feature on underside of lid creates moisture for tender and flavorful recipes. Heat retention properties make for perfect oven to table serving.

Beautiful presentation
A nice dish to roast vegetables or present chicken or fish. Together the cast iron body and black enamel interior perform beautifully. The color is beautiful. Looks great on a table or buffet.
