Gorgeous color! Gorgeous pot! I really like the versatility of this wider cocotte. The shallow sides and wider base are perfect for braising shanks and short ribs. The rabbit animal knob is darling and just adds to the unique look. Staub cast iron is surrounded by 3 layers on enamel on the interior and 3 layers of a beautiful glaze on the exterior. No need to season these pots and they can even go in the dishwasher if necessary. Interior is slightly textured for a perfect brown or sear and easy release. The lids have continuous basting beads for a consistently moist environment during cooking. No wonder restaurants prefer to cook in Staub. This pot will not disappoint.

Amazing Staub quality along with the incredibly cute bunny knob. Definitely a conversation piece you'll love to serve on your table.
Staub cast iron is enameled with three layers on the exterior giving it incredible beauty as well as being very chip resistant. The inside is enameled also so it is also chip resistant, browns beautifully, plus it's maintenance free...no seasoning required. A little soap and water and you're ready to go.
The lid is self basting creating a rain forest which results in awesome flavors even during short cooking times. You'll continue to find new ways to use the essential pot. Some of my favorites are soups, stews, roasts, plus it does a great job on rice and homemade bread.

Versatile
This 6Q pot Holds the heat extremely well. I love the black interior, making it easier to maintain and not show wear and tear, stains. The color is stunning and the rabbit top is fun, but also functional. Excellent for making chicken and vegetable stock, roast chicken, chili, and soup, to name a few uses.

Great cocotte with the rabbit knob
This is a great piece. I like that I can fit bigger pieces of meat in this dutch oven, and have the space for it, instead trying to fit it into a more taller and narrower dutch oven. The enameling is really nice, perfect for searing and braising, therefore your pulled pork recipe comes out tender and cooked thoroughly every time. The rabbit is such a nice touch to the lid, a great knob that can also go in the oven conveniently. The Metallic Blue color is unique and brings a nice pop of color to any kitchen.

This beautiful cocotte is everything you would expect from a Staub pot. The innovative black matte interior will heat quickly and evenly for perfect searing and browning of meats and vegetables.
The dimples under the lid allow for continuous circulation of moisture.
Beautiful color with the rabbit Finial. Perfect pot for your Spring and Summer stews. I like to use this pot for making Rattatouille.

I love this new wide cocotte from Staub, it's such a gorgeous color and I adore the rabbit knob! The cast iron construction quickly and evenly distributes and retains heat whether on the stove or in the oven. I really like the interior enameled cooking surface that perfectly browns food while the self-basting spikes on the underside of the lid allows heat and moisture to be trapped in for better, more flavorful results.

This pan screams spring time. The lovely french blue color is adorned with one adorable rabbit knob, the newest animal to the collection. The cocotte has self-basting spikes on the interior of the lid which collect and return all moisture back into dish helping you build flavor to any dish. e pan is amazing - heats up quickly and evenly, also stays hot for hours. Hop, hop, to the kitchen!

A wonderful piece of cookware
I purchased the Staub Dutch oven, 6 quart product, and we love it. Not only is it beautiful on our range where we keep it proudly and view but also for the cooking that we have done with it. We have already made stew and raised a brisket, and they have come out wonderfully. We are looking forward to making soups and many other Recipes over the years. We are very pleased with the product.
