Seems near perfect, great reduction in price
I was hesitant to get this, but I wanted an oval cocotte to match the round one I already had. Huge Memorial Day sale was offered so I pulled the trigger. It is very hard to find imperfections, but there are a few. Luckily, they are all on the rims of the lid and the cocotte. Very difficult to take a well focused photo of the rims, but they basically appear to be little scuffs and not even full chips or anything bad. The inside enamel looks fine, the outside looks great, basically just seems like small flaws in the enamel covering the rims. It's still enamel and not like bare iron, so I'm not that concerned overall.
Maybe I got lucky, but this came out better than expected. Very happy with purchase.

4.5 Oval coquette GAME CHANGER
If there were imperfections I was unable to detect them. I now understand the value of good cookware. Everything I have made is elevated and I’ve been told I’m an exceptional cook. If you love cooking and sharing good meals with family and friends you need to treat yourself. I have used it for braises, rice, quinoa, beans, stews, And also as a vessel to keep things cold. It is absolutely too gorgeous to store in a cabinet. I shopped for months and a good price offered here sealed the deal. Ordering and shipping was efficient and the packing was careful and thorough.

Perfect size! My lobster knob is going to love it
This was a great deal and I finally made the jump as my lobster knob needed something to hover over. Very minimal imperfections to the point that I have absolutely no problems with them.

Just received the oval cocotte. Cooked a lamb tagine. Cooked perfect in the cocotte. Very versatile cooking cocotte. Easy to clean looks great sitting out on the cook top.

2 questions: is the flat black enameled interior as easy to clean as the white (is it smooth, polished) and is the lid dimpled
