This is such a beautiful baking and serving piece.The design is just like the cast iron with the stainless steel knob and "dimpled", heavy lid, and the colors match my Staub perfectly.
Such stunning bakeware, you'll be looking for ways to serve in it or to take it to your next pot luck dinner.
It's made from a durable ceramic that is very chip resistant and resistant to thermal shock, aka sudden temperature change, so it can go from the freezer to the oven to the table. Plus it heats evenly and can go in the oven over 500 degrees.

Really nice 9x9 baker
A great baker for desserts like brownies, to making side dishes. The ceramic is very versatile with going from oven to table with ease; it’s also dishwasher safe, fridge and freezer safe. Easy to clean too, love that aspect. The lid has little dimples underneath, so perfect for keeping moisture in your baker and not letting your food dry out, an innovative aspect to providing the best cooking experience for your baker. It cooks evenly and thoroughly and the dark blue color brings a nice pop of color to any table setting.

Baker with Lid
This ceramic covered baking dish permits perfectly golden dishes without drying them out. The lid replicates that found on Staub cocottes down to the basting spikes on the underneath side. Baker can go from freezer or refrigerator to microwave or oven to table. Extremely durable, resistant to scratching and cleans up easily in the dishwasher

This pan is perfect for brownies and cookie bars. It goes from the freezer to the oven, up to 572F with no thermal shock problems. It also goes in the microwave and is dishwasher safe. I love that is has a cover - no more tinfoil or saran wrap to deal with. Helper handles are perfect when you have a heavy dish to move around.

Staub ceramic baking dishes are designed like the cocottes to be self-basting, keeping the contents moist and from drying out. Perfectly browned dishes are a result from the good conduction, distribution and retention of heat. From the oven to the table, anything will look great in this ceramic baker.

Great size covered baker
Beautiful covered baker! Designed to mimic the Staub cast iron-the shape of the lid, nickel plated knob and the self basting spikes under the lid. The size is generous, nice and deep. Bake with or without the lid. The choice of colors look beautiful on the table or buffet.
