Much like the famed Staub cast iron, this durable, ceramic baker can be passed down from generation to generation. Made from glass porcelain and finished with enamel, this excellent open baker perfectly distributes and maintains heat while never absorbing moisture and remaining scratch and stain resistant. The beautiful blue color matches swimmingly with its Staub cast iron counterpart and makes for a fantastic serving dish as well!

Staub bakeware is as beautiful as my cast iron pieces. The exterior has the same shiny enameling and same high quality standards. Its durable materials are chip resistant, stain resistant, scratch resistant, and it's very resistant to thermal shock, also known as sudden temperature change. It's the perfect pan to make ahead dishes and store in the freezer until ready to bake. This deep dish design is ideal for cobbler or lasagna with no worries of overflow.

Really great baker to own
A great baker for desserts like cobblers, brownies, dump cake recipes, or to make casseroles in. The Ceramic is very versatile with going from oven to table with ease; it’s also dishwasher safe, fridge and freezer safe. Easy to clean too, love that. It cooks evenly and thoroughly and the dark blue color brings a nice pop of color to any table setting.

I am a baker and love the Staub ceramics line. It conducts heat very well and distributes the heat evenly so that no matter what you are making, it comes out perfectly time and again. This size is great for family gatherings and can go from the oven to the table easily and looks beautiful on the table. So many things to love about this!

Beauty and function! This casserole dish is ample for family meals and sweet treats! I use this regularly for Whole chicken and roasted vegetables. It's a perfect dish for plan ahead meals. Easily goes from freezer to oven to table. Great dish to have when you are entertaining.

I love baking cinnamon rolls in this baker. The ceramic will not absorb moisture, heats and retains heat exceptionally. Also goes from freezer to stove, up to 572F, with no thermal shock problems. Put it in the microwave or dishwasher if you want.
