Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Rustic Turquoise color first attracted me to this pan. After using several weeks, I love how evenly this ceramic pan heats, and how it resists thermal shock. Was hesitant the first time I used straight from the freezer to reheat lasagna, but performed as promised and went straight to my dinner table. Love finally having a pan that is so durable and versatile. Money well spent!

I use the Staub pan for baking cakes, and cinnamon rolls, as well as casseroles, puddings, frittata, and strata. Much more value when you look at all the things it can be used for. Cooks, stores, serves, what more do you need from a pan.

The size is perfect for my family of 5. My kids love the brownies and blondies I bake in this pan. Don't even bother removing, just serve straight from this gorgeous pan. Great for lasagna, and casseroles as well, extremely versatile.

What are the dimensions of the interior cooking space, including depth, of the 13x9 pan? How many quarts of water does this pan hold? Please don't say the interior and exterior dimensions are the same as stated in a prior response.

The cooking surface is 13" X 9". The overall dimensions are 16.1" long X 9.8" wide X 3.1" tall.

what are the inside measurements of this dish and can it be used for broiling?

The interior dimensions are the same as the exterior dimensions, 13" X 9". Staub ceramic products can be used under broilers, but there needs to be roughly 4" between the product and the heat source.
