Great
Bought the 11" version. Beechwood handle quite different than any Staub I've purchased in the past. Great for searing and ability to maintain heat is why I bought this. Steal deal and like all Staub products I've purchased thus far, expecting will last a lifetime!

Wonderful addition to my Staub collection
I bought this pan simply because of the name and the excellent price here on Zwilling. This pan came nicely packaged with the signature "french flag" ribbon around the handle. This piece is heavy and well-made. I have not yet cooked on it, but I am assuming it works just like my other Staub cookware. The maple handle is integrated well with this piece and it looks more like artwork than a simple pan. I love it!

Love my new pan!
Finally a pan that I don’t have to worry about! I know it won’t chip or flake. I just should have made the investment years ago and not thrown money down the drain.

Great addition to my Staub collection!
I just bought the 8-inch fry pan, and use it just about every single day! I threw out all my other pans; wish I had come across this smaller-size skillet a long time ago. Thanks, Staub! It is a dream to use, easy to clean, and a perfect match for my induction cooktop!
Have a little 'family' of your wonderful products now; large and small 'pumpkins', both orange, and a newer white one; and a Cocotte I have used all the time -- makes great rice!

Love this pan.
This was a super nice gift from a friend who didn't quite know how to care for it. It needed a good cleaning with some barkeepers friend and was right back to good as new. It's an outstanding pan with excellent bottom thickness (much thicker than the Staub griddle, for example ). I use it all the time, highly recommended.

Love this skillet.
I recently bought my first staub skillet and I absolutely LOVE it. It's heavy like any cast iron skillet, the wooden handle stays cool while cooking. I think the thicker wooden handle make it easier to maneuver during clean up. I would like to get the 8 inch to add to my collection. Any idea when that will be back in stock?

Perfect in every way
This is an excellent pan. The thick base distributes heat evenly up the narrowing sides. The rounded sides make for easy omelet turning. The wooden handle is comfortable and requires no potholder. I'm saving up to buy a 12" model.

Can someone at Zwilling test and see if this lid: https://www.zwillingonline.com/40501028.html fits this pan?
Yes, the 11" Domed Glass Lid fits this pan, but it may be a slightly imperfect fit as these items were not specifically designed to be used together.

Is there a lid that fits this pan?
We do not make a "perfect fit" lid for this specific style of pan. However, Staub makes several spare/replacement lids that may work here: https://www.zwillingonline.com/cookware-staub-specialties-accessories.html
We also make a stainless steel universal lid to fit most pots and pans from 6" to 12" in diameter here: https://www.zwillingonline.com/66350900.html
