Does the “visually imperfect” pan come with the wire rack still? Are the visual imperfections usually minor or are they large? And they’re ceramic’ed over?

Visual imperfections are typically scratches, rough textures, and other minor shelf wear. Some of these have been re-enameled. There will be no missing or malformed pieces.

Why do the specifications indicate a length and width measurement that differs? Isn't the wok perfectly circular (vs oblong)? Why would there be a width measurement?

The length includes the handles. The width is the top diameter of the product.
