Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome vessel for cooking fish but can also be used for au gratins, pasta dishes and desserts. Staub cast iron is surrounded by 3 layers on enamel on the interior and 3 layers of a beautiful glaze on the exterior. No need to season these pots and they can even go in the dishwasher if necessary. Interior is slightly textured for a perfect brown or sear and easy release. The lids have continuous basting beads for a consistently moist environment during cooking. No wonder restaurants prefer to cook in Staub. This pot will not disappoint.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This pan is perfect to roast a pork tenderloin or any piece of meat for that matter. The enameled cast iron pan does not have to be seasoned so easy to keep up. The black matte finish helps to create a cooking surface that sears anything perfectly. The pan can with stand temperatures up to 500F and can be used on any cooking surface.

With it being cast iron, the gratin does a great job heating up easily and evenly; it’s also versatile in that it can go from oven to table to fridge. A great dish to have for serving great meals. Also a great color, goes with any kitchen aesthetic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is perfect to bake augratin potatoes, mac and cheese and even fish. The shape is nice and like the shape and shallow size of this Staub piece. Also nice to pop under the broiler to brown the top of these casseroles. Cleans easily and really like the Graphite color.
