This set has some of the best pieces Staub has to offer - the perfect pan, a 12" grill pan and two large cocottes. You can sear meat, simmer a sauce, make a stew, roast vegetables, fry chicken, boil potatoes, bake a dessert, and everything in between! The heat capability of the pans are amazing - they heat up quickly, evenly, and retain heat all the way through the cooking process. The cocottes have self-basting spikes on the interior of the lids which collect and return all moisture back into dish - keeping your dish moist and the flavor base intact. All pieces can be used on any cooking surface and are temperature safe up to 500F.

What's not to love about this neat little 7pc cast iron set from Staub? It features two, classic round cocottes with a few other fun shapes and sizes, all in a beautiful color. The two round cocottes can be used for countless dishes on the stove or in the oven. Meanwhile the wok-like perfect pan is versatile and a ton of fun to experiment with. I also love the grill pan for using indoors and out! Each piece is strongly built with cast iron that allows heat to quickly and evenly disperse and the interior enamel perfectly browns and caramelizes food. The two cocottes impress even more with their innovative self-basting lids that lock in heat and moisture for more flavorful results.

Great cast iron set
This is a great cast iron cookware set, you get some great pieces in this set: the 12” grill, 4.5 qt. Perfect Pan, 5.5 and 9 qt. Cocotte. The enameled cast iron does a great job of searing, browning and releasing your food and the best part is you don’t have to season it after you use it. Whether you’re making one pan meals to grilling steaks and veggies to baking bread or making your favorite soup, this set is perfect for any type of recipe you want to make. Well built, these cast iron pieces will last a long time, so worth the investment. Great color, great pieces, just overall a great set!

If you love cooking with cast iron this is the set for you. The cocottes will tackle those soup, stew, braising and chili recipes while the Perfect pan can take on stir fry and skillet meals and last but not least the grill pan will handle all of your searing and grilling needs. Staub cast iron is surrounded by 3 layers on enamel on the interior and 3 layers of a beautiful glaze on the exterior. No need to season these pots and they can even go in the dishwasher if necessary. Interior is slightly textured for a perfect brown or sear and easy release. The lids have continuous basting beads for a consistently moist environment during cooking. No wonder restaurants prefer to cook in Staub. This pot will not disappoint.

Amazing Staub Quality
Your love of cooking in cast iron will grown once you get this set. Amazing Staub quality includes the very best cast iron, beautiful, chip resistant enameling on the outside, plus durable enameling on the inside. It browns perfectly, heats evenly, and releases really nice; you will get some of your best meals ever. This great set allows you to grill indoors or out, stir fry and make roasts, soups or stews. Superb quality you will pass down to the next generation.

Incredible set that you will have for a life time and beyond. Stunning La Mer color. This set is everything you would expect from a Staub cast iron. Exceptional craftsmanship and quality. The innovative black matte interior provides remarkable heat distribution and retention. The creative dimples under the lid provide continuous moisture flow. Easy release and clean up! Fabulous set!

This beautiful set features just a few of my absolute Staub favorites! My go-to pieces all year round are the two cocottes that are perfect for soups, stews or larger meals (for leftovers!). But I also love using the grill pan indoors and out, no matter the time of year. The most unique and fun piece to work with is the oval gratin with that gorgeous fish embossed on the lid. I don't cook whole fish but this dish is still perfect for portions of salmon, white fish or shrimp. For use on the stove/grill or in the oven, I love cooking with cast iron because of how quickly and evenly each piece distributes and retains heat. Specifically with Staub, their superior enamel cooking surface really gets that perfect brown and caramelization on my food. And with the pieces that have lids, they have the advantage of self-basting spikes on the underside that lock in heat and moisture for more flavorful results every time.
