The Statement line is a very distinctive, and very popular around the world. Stamped from high quality German steel, they are durable and will maintain their sharpness with normal care. These full tang knives feature an steel cap at feel secure in most hands. The curve at the end of the handle is comfortable for larger hands. These knives are a very good value.

The prep knife can take on all those small projects such as mincing garlic, herbs and shallots. It also works great on small citrus and apples. Has a nice amount of knuckle clearance for maximum cutting performance. Statement is a classic looking stamped knife made from German steel. The cap on the handle adds a nice balance and feels secure in the hand.

When you are cutting smaller quantities and you don't need the full reach of a long blade this is perfect for control and efficiency. This one has a nice rocking shape so you can use your rocking motion while slicing and cutting. Statements knives are very popular and are a good value.

I love using this for any small job in the kitchen from peeling and chopping garlic to slicing apples. I used to use a paring knife for these tasks, but I love using this knife instead because it has knuckle clearance. The handle is very comfortable to use.

I didn’t know what I was missing! Itook the first slice on a hard, potato and man did this knife cut like butter! Definitely going to stock up my collection of Henckels knives!

A great alternative knife to using a Chef knife, it’s a smaller blade, but big enough for use on a cutting board to still get nice slices and cuts on fruits and veggies.
