Butcher Knife Block Set
I love that this set has a variety of different types of knives. I will use these daily in my kitchen! So many people have excitedly shared what great quality this brand is. So far I love how easily I am able to slice meats with ease. Knives I previously owned l have to resharpen after every use. Therefore, I look forward to not having to do this with this set. I love the instruction booklet included because it specifically states how to care for the knives, maintain the knife's edge, and very precise instructions and visuals on how to sharpen the knives. I like the lifetime warranty and safety information as well. I am very excited about this product!

Quality knives at a great price
I was overdue for a knife overhaul - I had been using the same ones from my college years (20+ years old)!and had bought individual knives to augment the set. These are sharp and strong - these are full tang knives with a comfortable grip, nice heft and are a joy to cook with. I am not a chef, but an avid home cook with decent knife skills and while I could have probably spent more money to get more status-y knives, these work perfectly for my needs.
My only complaint is that the Santoku knife wasn’t as sharp as I had expected but it is excellent at mincing vegetables.

Sleek and sharp edged knives
This is an upgrade of the knives I’ve been using which are usually cheap and loose it’s sharpness for a month or so. I have high expectations for these set of knives, it’s lightweight and sharp. Although this is more the affordable set which are made from India,it’s stamped, I just hope that it will be durable enough and not loose it’s sharpness because I’ll be using it a lot on my kitchen. The block has a chip at the bottom which has been there, not from the shipping because the paint and varnish is still intact. Not a big deal since I’m after the quality of the knives.

Highly recommended set
Great quality build. Love how sharp the knives are and that the blade extends into the handle unlike some other brands where the blade is just inserted in. I also like that there are different sets in the Henkel knife brand. This one in particular had just the right amount and type of knives I needed.The price though is a bit high. But that’s the price of quality. Right?

Quality reflects price
Just a week of use to review, but overall I’d say this product proves you get what you pay for. Compared to other Zwilling products we’ve owned , this knife set is lower quality. Quality relates to the weight of the knives, the balance, grip comfort, strength and blade flexibility. The knives are decent quality compared to similarly priced products, and they will be good for light use and for people less comfortable wielding a heavier blade. The kitchen shears are definitely not going to last long, given their design and matey.
