Elegant and functional flatware set
Overall, I am pleased with my flatware set. They are a nice, simple design that works well for me as I am not crazy about the more decorative designs, especially for everyday use. The butter knives in particular are pretty sturdy and have a nice serrated edge good for cutting food, not just spreading butter. The set is middleweight - they aren't super heavy in your hand but are not so lightweight that they feel like a cheap set. The only thing I don't love about them is they are prone to collecting fingerprints and fogging up when they are held, which is not a dealbreaker but seems a little unusual to me - I've never had that happen in a set before.

Good product; poor service
Nice product but ordered the wrong set. When I tried to correct the order within an hour of placing it online, I was told it was too late to cancel and they would not let me do an exchange before they started processing the order. I was told to wait until wrong item was delivered then send it back. What they did not tell me was I would be responsible for the return shipping cost! So I received the item, immediately mailed it back to them at my expense and was going to place an order for the set I actually wanted but they would not give me credit for the shipping amount I paid. Poor customer service. Instead I purchased another lovely silverware set with another company.

Love this set!
This is my first time spending the money toward revamping my flatware. I am 37 years old still rocking three different sets of mismatched acquired silverware. Every time we host my mother expresses her shock that I still do not own any serving utensils. Well now, not only do I have serving utensils, I also have matching flatware. This set is so gorgeous in person, the weight, the curves, the shine! My husband and I keep saying how fancy we feel and how much we like it. I will definitely be replacing more items with zwilling, my next big purchase will be their steak knives. I highly recommend this brand!

such a graceful set of flatware. I love how they feel in your hand, so balanced, the appropriate weight, and very nice finish. Ive been told by several sources that 18/10 stainless is the best way to go and to actively look for that on the packaging. any thing less can start to get little brown spots that look like rust or the brilliance wear off over time. The fact that the knives are made from 1 piece of steel and are forged let me know that they will survive a lot of use.

Elegantly simple
Beautiful set. Classic, sophisticated lines. 18/10 tells me the finish will wear well. Weight is a little lighter than I’m used to, but balances well. Nice value for the price.

Just what we needed! 18/10 No stain Stainless Steel. Ergonomic handle, perfect size of the soup spoon.Not too big, not too
small. Also small spoons are just a slightly bit bigger than normally. I like it better than tiny small spoons. Lightweight but doesn’t fall off your hand. Style of this flatware set is evergreen. Never goes out of style. I like mid-century modern and this one is the “Silvano” set is fits perfectly in that style.

Gorgeous!
I had my old flatware set for a decade and found myself struggling to find enough forks when we had dinner guests. I started losing pieces. And my son grew out of this toddler sets and doesn't toss pieces in the trash so it was time. I'd been looking online and visiting shops to look at sets but everything seemed to ornate or just plain overpriced. This set was almost 50% off and too good of a deal to pass up, and I've purchased from Zwilling.com before and they have great customer service. Well, I bought 2 sets. They are a nice weight. They are elegant and simple. I like the rounded ends (my last set was pointy and modern). Here they are machine dishwashed, dried and organized. Very happy.

Classic Simple Pattern
This silverware will always be in style. This simple yet pretty design works well on any table. Each piece is nicely weighted and the tongs and spoon wells are generous. I always look for 18/10 stainless because that is the highest quality providing the most corrosion resistance. No spots on these even withe daily dishwashing.
