These are such great quality fry pans. They're constructed from three layers with an aluminum core that goes all the way up the sides of the pan, not just the bottom. This guarantees superb, even heat distribution, ideal for frying and sauteing. The handles are comfortable and have a v-shaped design which helps distribute heat and keep them cool. The ceramic coating is the green, healthy option. Foods will slide right out of the pan with no oil necessary.
Even though they are dishwasher safe, it's best to wash them by hand to preserve the life of the non-stick properties.

I use these pans regularly and continue to be impressed by their performance.

This set has every piece you need in a kitchen. The pans are made with a 3 ply stainless steel construction, the middle being an aluminum core, so the the heat capability is phenomenal. The pans heat up quickly and evenly. The CeraForce nonstick ceramic finish is scratch-resistant, and contains no chemicals. It is compatible with any kind of cook top including induction. The lids are tempered glass for safety and each pan has non-drip pouring rims. Truly amazing cookware.

Great combination for most of your searing, frying and sauting needs. These 3 tri-ply fry pans are completely clad with an interior layer of hygienic 18/10 stainless steel, an inner core of aluminum and an exterior layer of 18/0 stainless steel for induction capability. The stay cool handles and ease of care make this pan a great addition to any kitchen.
