The quality of the steel, the workmanship of the fully forged blades with integrated bolster makes the knife comfortable and easy to work with whether you’re cooking for one or prepping for a banquet. These knives are well worth the money. Comfortable handle with a little heft to it for good tactile feel to it. This carving knife glides as it slices. Thick or thin, rare or well done, the sharp edge performs. Easily maintained. Hone regularly, sharpened only when needed. These knives will keep their edge. Dishwasher safe.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Purchase Decided to retire my electric knife because it took up so much room in my small kitchen, and rarely used it. Traded up to the Graphite 8" Carving knife, and I am glad I did. This knife just glides through roasts, chicken, turkey and hams. The one piece construction makes this carver extra durable. The sharp blade helps produce beautiful cuts. Love the thin deli slices I get on my roast beef, turkey, and ham. Easy clean up is something else I appreciate, just throw it in the dishwasher when I am done. Glad I made the swich.

There's not much difference from the Chef knife functionality however it is thinner blades for carving/slicing is much easier and versatile. This knife contours individual chef preferences. Perfect for for exploring cooks for indoor, outdoor, camping and this is my go-to knife for oversize food. It is fully-forged bolster forged blade, high quality German steel and excellent durability and well balance. Blades satin-finished blade produces precision cuts and is honed for long-lasting sharpness. Rounded almost D-shaped satin-finished handle contoured for comfort in my hand while cutting food and it is gorgeous with stainless steel end cap stamped logo for finishing touch and stability of this knife. Dishwasher safe, so cleaning is a breeze.

The full stainless steel design is easy to clean and has a beautiful contemporary look. These knives are light weight and comfortable to hold. The blade of a carving knife is long and slim to give you those nice thin cuts of roast. Carving knives are also good for cutting cakes and pastries.

Slices and glides right through your best cuts of meat to give you thin, delicious slices of ham, prime rib, roast or turkey. The sleek and modern graphite grey curved handle gives a good grip and provides nice balance. A nice carving knife at a value price.

The sleek gray handle design adds a modern flair to a traditional knife. The blade is very sharp and will make you look forward to slicing a turkey, ham or roast.

I love how the handle fits into your hand, make for a nice grip especially if your using any pressure to get through big pieces of meat. Fits into any table decor.

This German stainless steel forged carving knife is really great to use for slicing meats, fish large produce like pumpkins. It has a nice weight to it and the handles contours nicely in hand for easy and safe gripping while slicing foods.
