Forgerd Silver Cap Elite- German steel knives which are sharp and durable. These knives are made to last!
The Santoku knife is an Asian style knife designed for chopping. I like to use this knife when I have piles of fresh vegetables and herbs to chop.
The full bolster adds balance and is the perfect resting spot for a safe grip. Nice silver cap and logo detail.
Well proportioned knives with a smooth contoured handle that are comfortable to hold.

Forged from high quality German steel, this knife will have a great weight, balance and very good edge retention. The curved, molded handle is very comfortable and the metal end cap helps balance the blade.
I love the Santoku for chopping fruits and vegetables. It's also great for slicing meats and cheese; the hollow edge helps keep food from sticking to the blade.

Great santoku knife
This is a great knife collection. The Forged Elite Santoku knife is a nice size and perfect for chopping produce, meats with ease thanks to the indentions on the blade. With the forged German stainless steel, you get a durable and sharp blade accented well with a comfortable handle. It’s a nice weight and at a good price point as well.

Forged German stainless steel with an ergonomic molded handle. This santoku has nice weight and an acute edge angle for mincing, slicing and dicing. Hollow grounds on side of blade prevent food items from adhering to blade.
