This is a great knife collection. The Forged Elite paring knife set comes with two different size paring knives, perfect for peeling and slicing different sizes and types of food. With the forged German stainless steel, you get a durable and sharp blade accented well with a comfortable handle for each paring knife. They are a nice weight and at a good price point as well.

Forged from high quality German steel, this knife will have a great weight, balance and very good edge retention. The curved, molded handle is very comfortable and the metal end cap helps balance the blade.
These two little parers are perfect for mincing herbs, peeling apples and potatoes, or basically any "in-hand" task.
