Forgerd Silver Cap Elite- German steel knives which are sharp and durable. These knives are made to last!
I use this carving set year round. The fork is a perfect size for testing the doneness of meats and vegetables . The carving knife is a good size for all cuts of meats. Keep this set handy!
The full bolster adds balance and is the perfect resting spot for a safe grip. Nice silver cap and logo detail.
Contoured smooth handle is comfortable to hold.

You don't have to wait til Christmas to use this set, it works all year round. The set is made from high quality German stainless steel and the knife has a forged full bolster which means durability. The blade is razor sharp and can get through any meat easily. The ergonomic molded handle fits easily into any hand and is easy to grip, important when carving those big turkeys or roasts.

Forged from high quality German steel, this knife will have a great weight, balance and very good edge retention. The curved, molded handle is very comfortable and the metal end cap helps balance the blade.
This carving set will help you get perfect, thin slices of turkey, roast or ham. It's amazing how much easier this task is with the thin blade designed for this purpose.

This is the perfect set for your carving needs. If you don’t usually use a carving knife until holiday season, this is a good set to get. It’s at an affordable price, and you’re getting a great high carbon forged German stainless steel knife accompanied with a carving fork. The Carving knife stays nice and sharp, and has a great weight and comfortable handle.

Quality and beautiful
I received this as a wedding gift and was amazed at the sturdiness, how clean the knife cut and how beautiful it looked in person. This carving set makes easy work of slicing large portions of meat; turkey, roast beef, ham, etc. German stainless steel forged bolster of knife allows for controlled slicing. And the molded handles permit a comfortable secure grip. Fork is also handy on its' own as a serving utensil.

Good carving set for the value. The knife is forged from German stainless steel that will hold it's edge, have a good balance, the handles feel secure in the hand and are designed for comfort. The fork has longer tines for a better grip and pierce the meat easily.
