The Forged Premio is a handsome line of knives; they are forged from German steel and made to very exacting standards. The fine-edge high quality stainless steel blades can take and hold an edge ensuring years and years of enjoyable use. Hone them regularly. The full tang blade runs through the integrated bolster and triple riveted handle for maximum stability and durability. Dishwasher safe, but I always hand wash my knives. I like them to look new and dishwasher detergents are very hard on knives.

Use it for daily meal prep, as well as for slicing lemon and limes when entertaining, cheeses, cold cuts. Dish washer safe and the German steel is extremely durable. Also a really good sandwich knife for spreading and cutting.

A lot of people call it their tomato knife but it can do so much more. It's perfect for oranges, rolls, a package of sausage. This knife is forged from durable, high quality German steel and the curved, three rivet handle is both comfortable and well balanced.

I use it a lot for tomatoes and sometimes refer to it as the tomato knife, but really, it is a great knife to have for all your tough on the outside, soft on the inside, fruits and vegetables. German steel, sharp, durable, and comfortable in my hand.
