These dual edged steak knives are perfect for slicing the thickest cuts of meats with the serrated edge and slicing through the most tender pieces of fish and chicken with finishing straight edge. no shredding!
The full bolster adds balance and is the perfect resting spot for a safe grip. Nice silver cap and logo detail.
These are well balanced knives. Contoured smooth handle is comfortable to hold.
