Great set at a great value.
This is a complete set for all your kitchen prep work.
These are incredibly sharp, durable and well balanced knives.
The full bolster is a perfect resting spot for a safe and comfortable grip.
The contoured three riveted handle is extremely comfortable to hold.

The knives unpack nicely and look great. I'M sure i will not have to sharpen again and my food should look much better i want to carve a tomato rose like Wolfgang.

Does the self sharpening block really keep the knives sharp?
The self-sharpening block is designed to refine the edges as you use the knives. However, you will need to supplement with a handheld sharpener or stone as needed. If the block took off enough metal to fully sharpen the blade each time, it would wear the blade down too quickly and shorten the lifespan of your knives.
