Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lightweight Slippery Skillet Cooks & Cleans Well This beautifully made skillet is very slick. we have had it a few days now and it is very very non-stick for now. Per the manufacturer's recommendation, we do use metal utensils gently on the skillet. Unfortunately after only a few days of gentle use, the pan surface is already showing a few deep scratches which really puzzles me as we have not done any scraping or scratching on it. Otherwise I expect this pan to last a year or two with regular use. We have had similarly coated pans previously and they do wear and scratch. Perhaps it is a bit over-priced for that type of surface.

It's also got a very high quality handle and good balance. I've used it for five months and today it's indistinguishable from brand new — great pan at an outstanding price.

The handle on my new one is even a bit better than the last. I love this pan and use it everyday. I promise to take better care of this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best ever non-stick pan Well-made large pan with non-stick surface. I like the handle rivets that are not inside the cooking surface. Handle is sturdy and does not get hot. This is a replacement for one I damaged. Cannot find style in our local stores.

FRIED EGGS ARE EASY TO WORK WITH AND DOING VEGETABLES IS A SNAP. EASY CLEAN UP, NOTHING SEEMS TO STICK. THIS IS A REPLACEMENT FOR A PAN WE HAVE BEEEN USING FOR YEARS AND HAD STARTED TO SHOW A LITTLE WEAR. DID NOT HESITATE TO PURCHASE IT.
