A necessary tool for your kitchen
After seeing several TV shows expounding the virtues of having a boning knife among your other kitchen knives, I decided to buy one. Our other knives are Henckels as well so that is what I chose. The blade is very sharp, it's got a rounded tip and it's very thin and is great for separating meat from bones and joints. My partner used it to separate the fat cap from a brisket and commented on how well it worked and how easy it was to use. I recommend this knife.

best knife I own
great knife. I went through multiple knives trying to debone a deer and after trying multiple cheap knives I said screw it and went and bought this knife. this knife is extremely sharp and follows the bone easily and makes deboning your game meat so easy. in my older age I've come to realize that quality is worth the price and I definately found that in this knife. will probably end up buying the entire knife block to get rid of our cheap setup. definately worth the price!

Great boning knife
A great boning knife at a great price. The silky smooth texture of the handle contours really well into the palm of your hand, giving you a comfortable grip while you use this knife. With the blade being a boning, this is great for slicing fish, meat of the bone, but also for slicing skins off of produce. A great forged knife made out of high carbon stainless steel, this is a great knife to have in your go to knife collection.

This is a great boning knife that is thin and has just enough flex to help you remove bones from chicken breasts, french racks of lamb and skim fat from a roast. Made from high quality German steel these knives are well balanced with a classic 3 rivet handle, full bolster, full tang, acute edge angle with a beautiful satin finish. Whether you are a home cook or a professional this is a great knife to have in your kitchen.

flexible blade
The classic percision line is a traditional western style blade that is a little thinner and lighter than a conventional German- Western blade. This 5.5" boning knife is super sharp, durable and well balanced. This thinner, flexible blade is designed to remove bones and skin from meats and fish. The half bolster enables the full use and sharpening of the blade.
The classic three rivet handle is comfortable to hold.

Sharp and precise
I used this boning knife to trim the fat cap from a pork shoulder butt roast. The boning knife handled the task with ease and precision. I also used it to carve through the pork and split it into two pieces, and knife was able to glide through the meat with minimal resistance. The knife is great, I hope it lasts for many years to come.

This boning knife from Henckels is a super reliable tool for those specific prep tasks. The ergonomic handles allows for a comfortable grip while the thin, sharp blade handles the detailed work of deboning. This knife is well balanced and incredibly durable thanks to its forged construction and full tang, three-rivet handle.
