3. HOW TO ENTER. Beginning on April 22, 2022 at 12:00am EST through May 31, 2022 at 11:59pm EST], log on to https://www.zwilling.com/us/freshandsavesweep.html for the The Fresh & Save Earth Day Sweepstakes and follow the on-screen entry instructions. Fill in and submit all required information. Entrant may enter only once. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. Entrants are prohibited from entering more than the number of times permitted pursuant to these Official Rules by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

4. ELIGIBILITY. This Sweepstakes is exclusively offered to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age and older as of April 22, 2022, except for employees of Sponsor, ZWILLING ("Administrator"), their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively "Promotion Parties"), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. An Entrant’s entry shall be void when prohibited by applicable law in certain jurisdictions or submitted without meeting the eligibility requirements set forth in this section.

5. DRAWING. A random drawing will be conducted on or about June 7, 2022 by Administrator to select the winner from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winner will be notified by email and must sign and return any required information within 5 days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected by a random drawing. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility and liability of winner. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which shall be final in all matters. The gift card is only valid on ZWILLING.com and is not valid in any physical locations. No substitution or transfer of prize shall be permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

8. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM. This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the state of New York without regard to the conflicts of law provisions of New York or any other state that would cause the application of the laws of any other state, and, by registering to enter into this Sweepstakes, each entrant submits to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts of that state, and agrees that any dispute, claims or cause of action shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
