The Very Best Cookware
Nothing beats Demeyere in quality and engineering! Each piece is specifically engineered for its cooking purpose. The John Pawson line is designed with stunning features you'll be proud to serve in for a lifetime.
The dutch oven has a thick 7 layer base made with copper and silver, two of the best heat conducting materials. They're welded to the bottom of the pan in a special way that eliminates a hot spot where food would stick. It conducts heat so well I can boil water in about two minutes. The lid is insulated with two layers which helps keep it from getting hot and it fits tightly so no moisture escapes. Handles on the pans and lid are welded. This makes clean up a breeze and helps keep the handles from getting hot.

If you are looking for the quintessential modern aesthetic in your kitchen cookware, while getting a really well made dutch oven, then look no further, because the Demeyere John Pawson is exactly that. This sleek and minimalist design of the dutch oven has a great handle and lid aesthetic to it. The best part of the dutch oven is that it has 7 layers of stainless steel construction which makes it heat up exceptionally well and retain the heat like no other ovens. Also with the silvinox finish, it makes this dutch oven look like new for years to come.

Form and function doesn't get any better than this
This is the penultimate Dutch oven. Made by the Belgian company, Demeyere, and designed by British designer, John Pawson, this workhorse is the best of its kind that I have ever used. It is also the most beautiful. Form and function doesn't get any better than this.

Exceptional design with incredible function. This stainless steel dutch oven is everything you would expect from the Demeyere line. Solid durable base. Fast and even heating.
This pot will hold just over 1 gallons of liquid which is a nice size for smaller family meals. In particular, braised stews and meats and vegetables. The design and function of the handles are just right for lifting this pot with ease. Great pan for an induction top .Beautiful on the stove top as well as the table.
