If you are looking for the quintessential modern aesthetic in your kitchen cookware, while getting a really well made collection, then look no further, because the Demeyere John Pawson is exactly that. This sleek and minimalist design of the fry pan and dutch oven has a great handle aesthetic to it, they stay cool and won’t burn your hand which is nice. The best part of these pieces is that they have 7 layers of stainless steel construction that makes them heat up exceptionally well and retain the heat like no other pans. Also with the silvinox finish, it makes these pans looking like new for years to come.

John Pawson Demeyere pans are the sleekest in the industry. They are made with a 7-Ply construction (layers) and has outstanding heat conduction and retention. The pans have what is called flatbase technology so it won't ever warp when heated, even at high heats. Look inside the pan, what is it missing? Rivets, there are no rivets inside this pan so clean up is a dream. The pan also has a pouring edge for no-mess cooking. It can be used on all cooking surfaces including induction, oven and broiler safe up to 600F. Wait, its also dishwasher safe.

With 7 layers including silver and copper as heat conductors this pan will heat quickly, cook evenly without any cold spots and stay flat on any cooking surface under intense heat. Handles that stay cool during stove top cooking and an interior that is smooth and rivet free are added attributes. An absolute pleasure to cook with!

This is a really nice combo set, a saucepan, and a fry pan. The lid should fit the fry pan if needed, it does come in handy. An excellent design and a great addition to your pots and pans. Flatbase stability - pan won't warp when heated. The 7-layer construction provides unparalleled frying, perfect browning, and guarantees exceptional heat distribution and retention. I recommend hand washing this wonderful product using stainless steel cream cleaner will keep this pot in great condition however it is dishwasher safe.

Not just a "pretty face"
A beautiful design with sleek flat handles and superior shiny exterior makes it a showpiece you'll want to serve at the table. But they are far more than pretty face. This is the best cookware money can buy because each piece is specifically engineered for it's cooking purpose. The sauce pan has seven layers on the bottom, including copper and silver, two of the best heat conductors. You can bring water to boil in a matter of minutes. The fry pan is 7 layers of aluminum that go all the way to the edge. You can fry as effeciently on the sides as the bottom of the pan. It gets unbelievably hot due to the perfect thickness designed for optimal frying temperature. All of the handles are welded so no rivets to transfer heat or gather food particles and become a cleaning issue. The lid on the sauce pan is two layers with an air pocket inbetween to insulate and keep it cool.
Perfect for any surface including induction and it can go in the oven up to 500 degrees.

I love this set! Two pieces are extremely useful in the kitchen. You could do soups, stews, bread in the Dutch oven to searing off meats in the frying pan. They are a great quality and cleaning is easy compared to other stainless steel pans on the market.
