Description
A crisp pancake without burning: thanks to the special surface of the frying pan from the Industry series, this is no longer just a dream. The Duraslide Ultra non-stick coating prevents food from sticking to the pan while frying, making it easy to clean the pan after use. Its classic look has been created by Belgian designer Stefan Schöning. Measuring 24 cm, the frying pan is made of stainless steel. Its 5-ply material ensures an excellent frying result. The pan’s five layers stretching to the rim include 18/10 stainless steel and an aluminium core. Due to the different layers, heat is distributed quickly and evenly across the entire frying surface. This enables you to achieve crisp crusts while saving energy. For optimum hygiene, the pan’s surface has been further refined with Silvinox®. This electrochemical treatment protects the material against dirt and dulling. The frying pan features a practical pouring rim to collect sauces or meat juices with ease. Demeyere offers many features that allow this line to stand out. This nonstick fry pan also has a PTFE easy release coating. Demeyere also offers a Ceramic coating available for the health conscious consumer. The laser welded handles allow strong attachment to the pan without needing to have rivets on the inside of the pan. A treatment to the metal, called Silvinox, keeps the steel from darkening by removing the impurities, this imparts a pretty silver-white color to the pans that is maintained over the long haul. The ample stay cool sandblasted handles make for easy gripping and moving of the pans. Lots of features, making this line well worth the premium price.

Made with 3 layers of heat conducting aluminum and surrounded by Stainless steel, 18/10 on the interior and 18/0 on the exterior. This is my favorite traditional nonstick fry pan. Nothing sticks to it and cleanup is a breeze. It is made with. a 5-Ply construction (layers) and has outstanding heat conduction and retention. It has whats called flatbase technology so pan won't ever warp when heated, even at high heats. Sear anything beautifully. Nothing sticks to the Duraslide coating, making clean up a breeze. The handles are stay cool on the stove top and the pan can with stand temperatures up to 400F.

This is another fantastic nonstick fry pan coming from Demeyere. It is the perfect weight and extremely durable all around. The five layers of stainless steel and aluminum core exterior, evenly conduct heat for better cooking efficiency. Meanwhile on the interior, the traditional nonstick is really scratch-resistant and easily releases food for quick service and clean up. Prolong the life of any nonstick cookware by only hand washing and using non-metal utensils.
