Description
For big tasks and cooks with high expectations, this frying pan from the Industry range will impress in every way. The multi-layered, 5-ply material extends up to the pan's sides to ensure fast heat dispersal over the entire frying pan, even when used on smaller hotplates, to give optimal cooking results. The 5.5 cm high pan has a diameter of 28cm to enable the cooking of larger portions. The pan has a ceramic Ceraforce Ultra coating with especially good non-stick properties to avoid burnt-on food and to enable easy cleaning after cooking. The materials used include stainless steel to make the pan suitable for any cooker type and ideal for induction hobs. The pan also has a look that will impress in the kitchen. A special feature is the shot-blasted, stainless steel handle as used by all pans and cooking pots from the Industry range. The handle remains comfortably cool during cooking. This pan from Demeyere has a timeless design and excellent cooking properties, and should not be absent from any serious kitchen.

Demeyere combines many features that allow this line of cookware to stand out. Demeyere now offers this non stick Ceramic coating available for the health conscious consumer. the strength of the ceramic is enhanced by the flat based technology and the lack of interior rivets. The laser welded handles allow strong attachment to the pan without needing to have rivets on the inside of the pan. A treatment to the metal, called Silvinox, keeps the steel from darkening by removing the impurities, this imparts a pretty silver-white color to the pans that is maintained over the long haul. The ample stay cool sandblasted handles make for easy gripping and moving of the pans. Lots of features, making this line well worth the premium price.

Worked great at first, but after 9 months or so...
I purchased this pan about 9 months ago and I wish I would have read the reviews before buying it. We primarily use this for eggs. At first, the ceramic coating worked great, but recently the eggs began to stick. We followed the directions to the letter when using and cleaning. There is no visual damage to the pan. I emailed the company, and they offered to look at it, but they require postage to be paid by the consumer. I am finding it difficult to spend even more money on this pan. Buyer beware, this appears to be a known issue after reading other reviews. It would be great if this company stood behind their products. I will be staying away from all things the parent company Zwilling owns from now on.

Get some of the best that Demeyere has to offer with this amazing, ceramic nonstick fry pan. The five layers of stainless steel and aluminum core make this pan an ideal piece of cookware for even heating, optimizing cooking efficiency better than most. The ceramic nonstick interior is also extremely durable and scratch resistant for easy release of food and quick clean up. Keep the exterior shiny with Bar Keeper's friend every so often and maintain/prolong the life of the nonstick by hand washing and only using non-metal utensils.

Healthy Frying
Demeyere sets the industry standard for high quality cookware. The Industry line would be right at home in a restaurant or home kitchen. It's constructed with 5 thick layers, including 3 layers of aluminum, one of the best heat conductors. This guarantees your pan can get screaming hot, ideal for searing and frying. Other quality features include dripless pouring rims, a very comfortable handle that's welded, not riveted, that will help disperse heat and is easier to keep clean.
Ceramic is the greenest, healthiest non stick option. It has amazing non-stick properties but requires a little more care. Although it's dishwasher safe, the non-stick will last longer if you wash it by hand. It's also best to keep the heat on medium.

Made with 3 layers of heat conducting aluminum and surrounded by Stainless steel, 18/10 on the interior and 18/0 on the exterior. Top this all off with 3 coats of premium ceramic nonstick coating. These pans will impress even the most experienced home cooks.

Hello. Could I download the guide for this specific pan? I read reviews about food starting to stick to the pan. The same is happening to me after twice+/week usage over a year. I saw that you responded to a reviewer referring to the user guide.
We don't have a guide for download. You can try putting a layer of baking soda with a splash of vinegar, enough to make a paste, and let it sit for 20 min and then scrub it out. The product has a two-year warranty on the coating, lifetime on the pan.
