INGREDIENTS

500 g mini-penne
9 eggs
250 g freshly shaved Parmesan
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet until they are al dente. Beat the eggs in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper and mix in the Parmesan. Drain the pasta well and mix into the cheese-egg mixture, put into a large gratin dish. Place on the middle shelf of the preheated oven (fan-assisted) at 400° and bake until the crust is golden brown.
