Tremendous Value!
I regularly test individual pieces from the Parma line and one I always test is a stir fry pan. These pans are a great way to know if a product can stand up to heavy use. True Asian stir-fry requires smoking hot cooking which is NOT what this pan is for. It IS for quick, light cooking at higher heats. And this pan performs!
The forged aluminum body is light and maneuverable on the stove. The non-stick surface is durable, although if you want to keep this pan around for a long time, use wood or silicone tools. They are readily available and reasonably priced these days so it is time to invest. The pan heats quickly and cooks evenly; clean up is a snap.
Vegetables are cooked quickly and can be served crisp-tender and meats can be cooked medium-rare if that's what I am going for.
And the price makes it easy to recommend. Very good entry level non-stick cookware.

Love Ballarini Parma
This non stick coating is like magic! It is non toxic and reinforced with ceramic particles and the best part is it safe for all types of utensils. Of course I still try to use wood or plastic but if you grab a metal utensil you don't need to worry about creating devastating scratches on this. The Wok has a generous well to stir fry and create crisp delicious meals.,

Love the Ballarini line of cookware manufactured in Italy! Glad they decided to add this wok to the collection. Extremely versatile. Can be used as a fry pan, sauce pan, deep fryer, and wok. The non stick is very durable, and is scratch resistant. The indicator light on the handle is unique and allows you to know when the pan has hit the perfect temperature to start cooking. Love that it is so lightweight, but heats evenly as well as browns. This pan has replaced many other cookware pieces in my kitchen.

The trick to great stir fry is making sure the pan is hot enough. You want a crisp sear without wilting the veggies too much. This is a great pan because there is a heat indicator in the handle. Wait for it to turn red and you are good to go. The aluminum core really transfers the heat well and is light weight enough to toss in the pan. I love the nonstick coating. Not only is it great for cooking, it is also a dream to clean.

You can use Metal Utensils!
I just used this pan again this morning to saute spinach greens for Sunday eggs. I am always impressed with how quickly it heats up, and then retains that heat. The Thermopoint heat sensitive handle lets you know when the pan has heated up and ready to cook, as well as when it has cooled down and is ready to clean. Effortless release and the ability to use metal utinsels will make this a kitchen favorite. It is made in Italy!

now thats a wok!
This pan has served me so well for stir fry and other foods where I like to have a large surface to move around in. It is light weight so easy to flip and shift food around to keep it cooking consistently. There is a really cool feature in the handle that changes color when the pan is at the ready temp for the food to be added. That alone makes it a no brainer! Ihighly recommend this pan for all things quick and easy.

Great non stick wok
This Parma pan is perfect for stir frying. It's all aluminum which conducts heat really well, but it also has a reinforced base to accelerate the heating process. There is a heat sensor in the handle that turns red when it's perfectly preheated. The non stick coating is amazing! It can take the abuse of metal utensils and the dishwasher and still maintain incredible non stick quality.

Great Design
The design of this wok is includes a lot of features that make it stand out. The temperature gage on the handle is a great way of knowing when the pan is hot enough to cook and cool enough to clean. This is something that even professional chefs struggle with, so it’s a really nice feature to have. The curved handle makes it very easy to toss and hold while cooking.
