Super durable nonstick cookware
This is a really nice, complete set of cookware. The nonstick surface is super scratch resistant, I use metal cooking tools and have yet to scratch it. The food releases from the pan very easily and everything cooks evenly. The Thermo Point on the fry pan handle takes all the guess work out of knowing when the pan is at its optimal temperature to start cooking, it turns red when it's ready to put food in and back to green when it's cooled down enough to safely wash. The only limitation of this line is that it is only oven safe up to 300 F, but if you usually only use them on my cook top and not in the oven, it's not really an issue. A great value for all you get!

Made in Italy!!!!!!
I was looking for a new cookware set and wanted something that wasn't manufactured in Asia. Did some research and I found Parma. Not only is it made it Italy, but it also has all the features and more that I was looking for. The non stick is unbelievable, and I can use my metal utensils. These lightweight pans are easy to store and work great on my electric stove top. Love the thermapoint technology which lets met know when the pan is hot enough to add food, and cool enough to put in the sink when it's time to clean up. I can't believe how little I spent to get so much. I have friends that have cookware double the price and half of the performance. Best kitchen purchase ever!

Bottom coating is coming off after only a month
I bought these pans about a month ago and if you had asked me then what I thought about them, I would've 100% said 5-stars no questions asked. However, after only a month of use, the bottom coating on the pan is starting to come off. I have taken care of these pans like a baby and I don't understand how this is happening after such a short period of time. I even tried contacting customer support and they never answered and when I asked for a call-back, I got a call but when I answered I heard "sorry, the offices are now closed".

Italian Cookware Set
This cookware set is highly durable and will stand the test of time. Being made in Italy is a bonus, as is the thermopoint technology, which turns red when the pan is at optimum heat to cook and green when the pan is cooled down and ready to clean. The nonstick properties make it so easy to use and clean. For the price and the piece count, this set is one of the best values on the market. I use my fry pans daily and love how they brown my crab cakes perfectly each time.

Love it
I bought a set of pans about a month and a half ago, and I love them. I cook a lot, it is a passion I have. I was a little surprised at how well these do. The cleanup is easy, you can put them in the dishwasher, I dont because they clean off so fast and easy. I am hoping they will last me longer then a year which is when most of my other pans have started to not work as well. So far though, I am in Love with these.

Awesome Non-Stick
Non-stick pans are a must for cooking breakfast. I make pancakes at least 3 times a week and these pans never fail!! I don't use any fat in the pans and as soon as the indicator light on the handle turns orange/red, I pour the mix in. The pancakes are fresh and so nicely browned it's hard to believe that I didn't use fat to cook them with. Nothing has EVER stuck in these pans! I use them for eggs as well, and also I have browned chicken and beef with no sticking issues. The meats brown up nicely. Super Super easy to clean.

Non stick peeling in less than a year!
After alot of research I invested in Ballarini cookware. It claims to be scratch resistant but in less than a year I see scratches and the bottom peeling off. I use non stick spoons to be extra careful and use it in everyday cooking. This is disappointing.

Best Christmas present ever!
My son gave us the ten piece set for Xmas and we are in love. The best pans ever. Wash in dishwasher. Completely non stick. We need a really big stock pot and lid and a really big deep skillet and lid also. Do you make these too in these pans

Can these pots/pans act as a cast iron? Can I put the them in the oven to bake?
Nonstick is not designed to handle high temperatures like cast iron can. This style is oven safe up to 300°F.
