Made in Italy, Modena Induction pans feature an ultra-thick aluminum body that heats up quickly and evenly. The patented radiant bottom technology ensures excellent performance on all stovetops, and optimal energy efficiency on induction. The ceramic infused nonstick Granitium coating is metal utensil safe, ensures quick release and easy clean up.
With the patented Thermopoint heat indicator red means cook, and green means clean, letting you know when your pan is hot or cool. Additional user-friendly features include mess-free pouring rims and a no-slip grip handle.

AMAZING!
I LOVE these pans! Some of the best nonstick, and best equal heating I have ever used! I have a GE brand induction top that I tried using the Modena without induction on with the steel transfer plates and it didn't work. These pans work perfect for my GE induction top! PLEASE ZWILLING MAKE THE MODENA FULL SET IN INDUCTION!! I would love to have the big pots and little pots in induction!!

Excellent set of pans for fair price
Pans should last for years and serve cooking purpose without headache. This Modena pan set feels perfect in terms of weight and heat distribution. I can’t think of feeling confident cooking in any other pans with the same ease of mind as I’ve been feeling with Modena pans.

These are nice!
These skillets work very well! We saw a demo at Costco and we were sold! Our demo person Sherry was great! She was was very knowledgeable and I actually learned a lot about both the company and the pans! I would recommend these if you like something that is similar to cast iron but want or need something MUCH lighter!

I love how it says it's hot with a red mark or cool with a green mark on the handle. Really easy to cook and I don't worry about mixing because it really does not stick so the food easy moves around, and it cooks evenly all around to make an omelet. I will for sure be buying the next set so o can have pots aswell

Quality Cooking Set - Ballarini Modena
Quality looking, quality cooking. My wife & I both cook more than 5 times per week in our household and are very pleased with the 3 pan Ballarini Modena cook set. We have had many "non-stick" pans in the past which have had varied success but ultimately fail in non-sticking and the coating peels off. Thus far these pans have exceeded expectations. They heat up quickly, cook evenly without sticking and clean nicely. We love the modern look and feel. Would definitely recommend.

Zwilling: stick to making knives
Bought these pans since the previous pans we've bought from Zwilling did not work on the induction stove. Even though I'm a real big fan of their knives, I'm not the biggest fan of the pans. These pans claim to be non stick, but after the first use (after cleaning these pans upon receiving offcourse), parts of food did stick to at least 2 of these pans. Will not recommend.

My husband and I just bought Modena 10-piece set of cookware at Costco. However we brought them home, unpacked them, tried cooking with them on our Inductioin stove top. The stove top would not accept them as induction compatible. Help!!??
Hi The Modena 10pc Cookware set and the Modena 3ps Fry Pan Set #75002-755 are not Induction compatible
However, Ballarini Modena 3pc Fry Pan set #75003-163-0 is manufactured for Induction cooktops.
