Now, not just for pizza!
Yes, it is a pizza pan, a multi-purpose pizza pan! A super non-stick Ballarini pan, food will slide right of. On the other hand, this round pan can also use for baking cookie sheet, pastry and bread, baking garlic bread, and my daughter's favorite baking mixed vegetables such as sweet potato, carrots, peppers, brocolli, asparagus, and etc. A multi-purpose pan can be use to bake chicken wings and pork chops. It is recommended to hand wash this non-stick pan to prolong its non-stick feature and preventing from hard and pointy dishes in the dishwasher during the wash.

I used to use a pizza stone but switched to this pan and I'm completely sold! It crisps up the bottom of the crust so nicely...no more soggy center and the pizza slides right off onto my cutting board when it's done cooking. It comes in two sizes but I got the larger one because you can make larger or smaller pizzas on the larger one. Feel free to use it for things other than pizza...certainly anything you would want a nonstick sheet pan for. We make a lot of homemade pizza in our house and this has been a great addition to the tradition.

Pizza Please
This pan rocks, nothing sticks to this. Its made from aluminum so it heats quickly and retains heat perfectly. Goes up to 450F which is perfect for the pizza. We use it not only for pizza but naan and garlic breads.

It's pizza time!
Just the right depth for a pizza pie, cookie sheets and a great use for baking bread such as garlic knots bread and bagel. The non-stick coating is durable and effortless to release food. The multi-layer cortan non-stick is PFOA and nickel free, so durable you can use metal kitchen tools, preferably recommending silicone and wooden spatula. Cleaning is a breeze, just soak water and dishwashing soap to remove residue on the pan, will prolong non-stick coating feature.

I make pizza once a week on Friday evenings and this has been a great improvement to my pizza baking. I was using a rimmed baking sheet, which was fine, but this fits it perfectly and actually cooks the sides, which I like. It heats up easily and retains the heat, which you need for a good crusty bottom. I always cook my pizza at 450 so this is perfect for that higher temprature as well.

Make una buona pizza in this pan!
Made in the country that is known for pizza, this Italian built pizza pan from Ballarini is a great pan to use for the perfect pizza pie. The pan is nice and lightweight, and will heat up superbly well to get that golden crust you want in your pizza. The nonstick does a great job as well of releasing food easily and cleans up nicely. Great pan to use for all your pizza creations!

We love a thin-crust pizza in our home, so this is perfect for that! We would rather pile on the veggies, and not have a thick crust. This pan makes it possible for the pizza to bake evenly and then slides right onto the cutting board where we slice and serve. The 12.5" size is great for family pizza night or for having friends over.

perfect for pizza
Perfect for pizza and other creations. I like to use it for melting open faced sandwiches
such as meatball and chicken parmesan wedges. Good pan choice for frozen treats like mini bagels and pigs in a blanket. My kids use this pan all the time for after school oven treats.
