Nice cake pan set
Can’t decide which pan you want for making a variety of desserts, then this is a great set to get! You get a tart/flan pan and a springform pan, perfect for making cakes, like a delicious cheesecake. The Italian made cakeware does a great job of heating up and thoroughly cooking your dessert masterpieces; and then when it’s done, with the nonstick, it does a nice job of releasing your dessert easily from the pan. These are very lightweight, which makes it easy to handle if you have a lot of batter in the pan, and it’s very easy to clean. A great set for all your dessert needs!

A Trio!
A perfect trio set to have including a pastry brush and can also use for basting BBQ, an excellent kitchen tool. This tart pan is deeper than usual which is also perfect for flan and few other tasks this pan can do. The springform is a cake pan, perfect piece to make a layering tier cake, a variety of sizes can be purchase separately. A really good non-stick pan, quick food release. Highly recommended handwashing this pan preventing from the dishwasher's detergent abrasiveness and from any damage-causing from bumping into hard and pointy stuff during the wash.

Two of my favorite baking pans brought together as a set! I have both of these pans and I can say that you will be very pleased with them if you love to bake like I do. The tart pan provides a perfect cake or pressed crust with plenty of room for yummy fillings and the spring form pan has a secure spring and snug fit for your batter to stay put. Both have incredible release properties dues to the Ballarini nonstick coating. Even though they are dishwasher safe I always hand wash my Ballarini bake ware to ensure the nonstick properties last for me.

Perfect combo. I purchased this set for myself and I love it. The nonstick coating provides instant release to anything baked in the pieces. I bake a lot of pieces and sometimes its tricky getting a slice out without breaking it - never happens with this pie pan.
Goes in the oven up to 450F which provides many options to a baker.

Love having a set of these 2 pans as I use them both quite a bit. I love making fruit tarts - one of my favorite desserts, and the springform for other desserts. Non-stcik means easy release and not much cleaning. Easy to clean; I hand wash them so they do not get damaged in the dishwasher.

Fluted cake pan is also perfect for pies. the spring form pan is good for tarts, cheesecakes and ice cream cakes. Well constructed leak proof latch. The dark interior absorbs the heat well and will aid in browning. Easy release and clean up. bonus spatula!

Pans are light weight, quality construction; they heat evenly and brown beautifully. The non stick coating is very durable and assures me pies, tarts and cakes release without any problems. Of course, clean up is a breeze.
